Buyers can place an offer online anytime after the open house and POF or Pre-Approval have been received by the listing Agent, jhonson75.jj@gmail.com until the end of the published offer due date.

Once the seller accepts the winning offer, the entire process will proceed like a traditional real estate transaction. The buyer will submit a signed contract to the seller with the final sales price being the highest offer plus the Agent’s Compensation. Then the seller will open escrow with all of the buyer’s contingencies and the inspections time frame outlined in the contract.

If a buyer places an offer within 5 minutes of the end of the offer due date and time, the system will automatically extend the offer due time by 10 minutes in order to allow other buyers the opportunity to respond.
